CTIA Safety Program

Stacking logs | Colorad Timber Industry AssociationSafety has always been a primary focus for CTIA. Logging, operating sawmills and other productions plants, as well as trucking is dangerous work. We strongly emphasize workplace safety programs, including a monthly safety flier and continuing education courses on timber harvest, milling, and transportation safety. The goal of these activities is to contribute to your company’s safety programs and to the personal safety of you and your crews.

We encourage you to share the fliers with your employees, contractors, or fellow loggers. Our mission is safety for every logger, trucker, and mill worker in Colorado.

If you know of someone who could benefit from the safety flier, send their email address to Molly at coloradopitts@gmail.com. If you find an interesting article or an OSHA related issue, please share with Molly as well.
